How it works

Step 1: Onboarding Call

We get to know your company and your campaign objectives. During this call, we’ll also determine whether the projects are a good fit for the Sprint. Not every story has legs — and we only take on campaigns we believe can land coverage.

Step 2: Choose Three Projects

Together, we identify two to three projects or campaigns to bring into the media spotlight.

Step 3: Story Angle Creation

For each project, we develop three editorial angles designed to catch a journalist’s eye.

Step 4: Target Media List

We identify up to 10 relevant media outlets per project most relevant to each story angle. Over the full sprint, that’s 90 unique reporters, editors, and journalists contacted on your behalf.

Step 5: Client Confirmation

You approve the pitches and angles before anything goes out.

Step 6: Media Outreach

We send out the pitches, track responses, and manage the conversations — while you focus on running your business.
